Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide actionable insights into business performance and translate findings into potential action plans for the supported area.
• Collaborate with business leaders to grasp the intricacies of the business and forecast the financial implications.
• Oversee Profit and Loss management for transparent bank reporting and thorough refinance analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Efficiently manage and monitor utility recapture on a property-by-property basis.
• Conduct property financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Take leadership role in critical planning and analysis processes, contributing to the establishment of policies, processes and controls.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, auditing experience is a plus.
• MBA or CPA certification is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications. (advanced financial modeling using Excel)
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational management.
• Experience in Real Estate industry preferred.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this position is between $85K and $150K, depending on experience.
