    Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and implement Restful APIs using Java and related technologies.
    • Utilize tools like Swagger, Postman, and Assertible for API development and testing purposes.
    • Write, configure, and maintain API proxies on platforms such as Apigee Edge, AWS API Gateway, or Azure API Gateway.
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug issues on API Gateway platforms, with a preference for expertise in Apigee Edge.
    • Provide L1 and L2 support, addressing technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams for swift resolutions.
    • Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure API solutions align with business requirements and best practices.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 4-8 years of overall professional experience in software development.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in designing and developing software applications in Java.
    • Proven experience in designing well-defined Restful APIs.
    • Proficiency in API tools such as Swagger, Postman, and Assertible.
    • Hands-on experience in writing API proxies on platforms like Apigee Edge, AWS API Gateway, or Azure API Gateway.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to debug issues on API Gateway platforms, with a preference for expertise in Apigee Edge.
    • Experience in providing L1 and L2 support.
    • Previous Apigee experience is highly preferred.
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Certifications related to API development and management.
    • Familiarity with other API Gateway platforms apart from Apigee (AWS API Gateway, Azure API Gateway).
    • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of APIs.
