- Acts as the primary administrator for the SiteTracker application. Learn, analyze, troubleshoot, and engage vendor support as needed to maintain day-to-day operation of the system. Configure and customize SiteTracker to meet the specific needs and workflows of different departments and users, including forms, reports, workflows, and dashboards.
- Work in project teams to support the upgrade of current systems and implementation of new software.
- Provide guidance in the use of the SiteTracker system for manager success. Provide subject matter expertise to IT Services management and others. Create internal and external documentation as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or High School diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience with SiteTracker or SalesForce. If degreed, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with application administration and concepts, including client-server architecture, database structures, and user accounts and permissions.
