    Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing Manager will actively support the continued revenue growth of Omnia Wood Products LLC and the Smokey Woods Brand by representing Omnia sales into national and regional retailers, independent BBQ centric stores and identified distributors. In addition, this position will be tasked with contributing to and leading the companys marketing, social media and website content. Responsible for new customer development and revenue growth within other assigned accounts.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Plan and execute strategic sales calls with national, regional and independent retailers.

    2. Participate in retail line reviews and sales meetings as required.

    3. Manage the sales team and Smokey Woods ambassadors, pro staff and competition team partners.

    4. Develop positive and lasting relationships and handle customer needs and issues.

    5. Achieve targeted sales and company growth objectives.

    6. Working with our Agency Partner and leadership, develop marketing and social media strategy.

    7. Prepare social media and website content including videos, recipes and postings.

    8. Represent the Smokey Woods Brand at Trade Shows, BBQ competitions, or location demos.

    9. Conduct market analysis and research and identify areas of opportunity.

    10. Ensure safety as highest priority while travelling on behalf of the company and when working at customer locations, events and product demonstrations.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Excellent communication skills

    Expertise in creating website and social media content and postings.

    Use of logic and reasoning in decision making and problem solving

    Strong attention to detail and quality

    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

    Education & Experience:

    Success in Sales and Marketing in a Consumer Products Company preferred.

    Expertise in all aspects of BBQ Smoking and Grilling

    Familiarity and network within Consumer Retail, Distributors preferred.
