responsive issue resolution across all touchpoints.+ Lead the development and execution of annual operating budgets across assigned markets,+ Ensure alignment with First Key Homes' national performance benchmarks & compliance protocols.+ Manage a regional team of 50–60 employees,+ Identify workload efficiencies & talent gaps,+ Implement leadership development strategies to reduce turnover.
The ideal candidate will bring the following experience: + Strong financial oversight & budgeting expertise,+ Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams,
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Finance Planning related field.
