    Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO)
    Outpatient Health
    Brooklyn/Queens, NY

    Opportunity Highlights:

    • 100% outpatient withno hospital requirements
    • Cloud Based EHR and Enterprise Suite
    • Brand-new, state of the art clinics and technology
    • Patient Load capped at 20/day. You'll never see more than 20
    • Smaller more personal patient panels per provider
    • Innumerable support resources to help you provide outstanding care
    • Monday - Friday w/paid holidays,and a HUGE PTO package
    • $210,000 - $260,000base salary(DOE)+ Sign-on AND Relocation
    • Quality incentive Plan worth up to $100,000/year Your income is NOT RVU based.
