- Record transactions in QuickBooks and reconcile to other platforms.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Prepare journal entries for month-end close.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Identify potential discrepancies and reconcile them by collecting and analyzing data.
- Participate in process improvement projects and cross departmental projects.
- Process Payroll weekly.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 1-year relevant accounting experience (Cost accounting is a plus)
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams...).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationship with other departments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
