    Responsibilities

    • Record transactions in QuickBooks and reconcile to other platforms.
    • Prepare and review financial statements.
    • Prepare journal entries for month-end close.
    • Reconcile general ledger accounts.
    • Identify potential discrepancies and reconcile them by collecting and analyzing data.
    • Participate in process improvement projects and cross departmental projects.
    • Process Payroll weekly.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Required Skill and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
    • Minimum 1-year relevant accounting experience (Cost accounting is a plus)
    • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams...).
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
    • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationship with other departments.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong work ethic
    • Critical thinking skills
    • Well organized, proactive and agile.
    • Continual learning and continuous improvement mindset
