Luke's Health System in Twin Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview St. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls, ID seeking a Patient Access Specialist to join our Magic Valley MRI team. Unit/Position Summary Full-time position that will require 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.

The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for responding to patient, provider, and department/service area needs with a high emphasis on customer service and accuracy.

This includes, but is not limited to, registration, scheduling, referral coordination, benefit verification, preauthorization and general inquiries from patients, providers and the general public.

Qualifications + Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Experience:

1 year relevant experience

+ Licenses/Certifications:
