    Supervises employees as assigned, including managing their attendance and disciplinary actionAccounts Receivable functionsParticipates in center's QAPI processes, including implementation and management of respective PIP(s)

    Strives to maximize revenue opportunities; including ancillary revenueLabor and Workforce Planning:
    follows PPD budgeting and management and ensures all staffing ratios meet Federal regulatory requirementsManage supervision of Resident Trust accountsRisk Management and Safety program managementComplies with all federal regulations as they pertain to HIPAA, Resident Rights, etc

    Qualifications:
