    Lead Test TechnicianAs our Lead Test Technician, you will perform equipment calibration and testing for our product development team, perform a variety of tasks relating to the testing of PacStar's manufactured products and manufacturing process, and you will lead our testing and program inspections

    Your Challenge:
    Determine and develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from engineering blueprints, drawings, and diagramsConduct MIL-STD testing for development projects, perform similar testing for failure analysis purposes on existing productsDocument the review and evaluation of in-process rejections and trendsPrepare technical reports and product verification documentationRecommend corrective action as appropriatePerform calibration of measuring and testing equipmentAssist in the areas of predictability, manufacturing processing, and equipment and process improvement as neededMay assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipmentMay complete rework on assemblies or systems as a result of testingOther duties as assigned
    What You Bring:5+ years of experience in defense or aerospace test supporting hardware engineering teams or similarFamiliarity with electrodynamic shakers, radiated emissions testing and thermal chambersExposure to MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 or medical device testing experienceTwo year technical degree preferredStrong experience with electronic measurement and test equipmentStrong experience working in a manufacturing environmentMust be a US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance
