We're Hiring: Apartment Housekeeper (Full-Time) - JOIN A TOP 10 NATIONAL COMPANY
Location: Afton Oaks Apartments, Baton RougePay: Up to $15.50 an hour + Bonuses $3,000+ a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM *Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen for this position. Afton Oaks Apartments is a vibrant community of 284 apartment homes, and we're looking for a dedicated housekeeper to help keep our spaces clean, comfortable, and welcoming. What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning make readies/turned units for new occupants
- Trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
- Maintain and care for inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment
- Additional functions from time to time as requested by Maintenance Manager or PM
- Reports unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents to the PM
- Additional assignments and projects as needed
Skills We're Looking For
- 3-6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards
