Job DescriptionOverview
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who can analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate technology issues in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing company. This role will support internal clients and external customers across multiple departments within the company. You will collaborate closely with the Systems Administrator to monitor and maintain computer systems and networks while responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. The ideal candidate will be self-disciplined, possess excellent problem-solving skills, have an eye for detail, exhibit great communication skills, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide first-level support for IT issues across all locations.
· Assist in managing and documenting all EDI.
· Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for IT and staff.
· Coordinate with external MSPs for specific projects and support.
· Monitor EDI systems for issues and work closely with EDI support vendors.
· Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-based errors and issues.
· Create and maintain all EDI connections.
· Sunny Days website support and maintenance
· Assist with other IT duties as assigned by IT manager.
Requirements
· AS degree in Information Technology or a related field and/or 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
· Strong understanding of EDI.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
