    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Execute supply chain strategies in support of brand and business needs.

    Lead product development for supply with close cross functional team of raw materials, design, technical design and other functions during product creation.

    Help build level 1 and level 2 country of origin strategy to maximize cost, lead-time, and quality across multiple product categories.

    Influence and drive change across organization and develop comprehensive solutions aligned with divisional goals. Responsible for creating strategies and reporting out on Supply Chain financial contributions that benefit the business. Initiate and leads projects in support of strategic vision.
    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/


    ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
    Train, develop, manage, coach team members to evolve appropriate skill set
    Verify tech pack accuracy for SMS and bulk production
    Responsible for cascading vendor strategy including program and style allocation
    Entefy data management including reporting costs to the business
    Partner with Customs Compliance & Legal to confirm duty classifications
    Lead weekly cross functional WIP meetings
    Oversee tracking and delivery of samples; provide solutions for samples not meeting deadlines.
    Escalate exceptions when deliverables / deadlines are missed
    Calendar adherence. Engage with cross functional teams to ensure all key dates are met and escalate exceptions
    Contribute to and lead team to execute against vendor strategy for each category / style
    Work with supervisor to evolve Vendor / RM strategy to meet demands of business and global climate
    Understanding of product costs and able to identify price distortions, recommend solutions where costs are not being achieved.
    Liaison between Vendor, Hub, RM, and design
    Lead team in the development and approvals of trim & hardware
    Work with design to develop product within Supply sourcing matrix
    Attend development and production fittings as needed
    Collaborate with PVH offshore offices and factories directly on daily tasks, prioritize as needed
    Travel might be required

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
    Experience:

    5-8 years professional work related experience
    Garment development background as well as production and sourcing experience a must
    Intimate apparel experience a plus

    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in related field

    Skills:
    Excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence and communicate with all levels
    Works both independently and collaboratively
    Ability to develop relationships within the department, cross functions and with global partners and external
    Excellent Microsoft skills, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

    Pay Range:
    $115,000 - $135,000

    PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.

    These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting.

    Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
