    Description


    We are currently looking for a skilled **Software Developer** to join our team for a long-term project. If you have experience in **Cards Subject Matter Expert (SME)/ Technical Lead** roles within the cards industry, then you might be the one we're looking for.


    • **Cards Software Development Background:** Previous exposure to Fiserv/First Data platforms would be a definite plus.
    • **Hands-on Technical Experience:** Proven track record of leading cards migration and technology transformation programs.
    • **In-depth Knowledge:** Demonstrable understanding of various cards migration solutions along with industry best practices.
    • **Middleware Integration:** Familiarity with different middleware integration tools and their architectures would be beneficial.
    • **Agile Environment:** Experience working in an agile setup would be ideal.
    • **Migration Tools and Automation:** Awareness of migration tools, test automation frameworks, and related tools would be advantageous.
    • **Software Delivery Expertise:** Direct involvement in software delivery and deployment patterns such as Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration.
    • **Stakeholder Management:** Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders to develop solutions that align with requirements, even when not explicitly specified.
