Overview

$1000 Sign-On Bonus We are seeking a kindhearted, energetic Certified Caregiver or MedTech who has a genuine desire to help seniors and is committed to meeting their day-to-day needs while helping to preserve their dignity and quality of life.The purpose of the Certified Caregiver position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents, including but not limited to, administering medications to the residents in a safe, accurate, and timely manner based on medical chart records. Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications to patients
Order and complete medication records
Perform welfare checks on residents
Document and report care provided and resident observations
Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

You must be a Certified Caregiver in the state of Arizona

Med Tech experience required

Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

One year assisted living experience preferred

Current CPR and First Aid certification (if don't have, must obtain within 30 days of employment)

Valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance card (if don't have, must obtain within 20 days of employment)

Current Negative TB test (if don't have, we can test at no cost to you)

Available Schedules:

6am - 2pm, Tuesday - Saturday

2pm - 10pm, Tuesday - Saturday

10pm - 6am, tuesday - Saturday
