    Director of Sales and Business Expansion


    The company is seeking a seasoned sales executive to spearhead its go-to-market strategy and execution.


    This pivotal role involves closing high-touch, multi-stakeholder deals, building a high-performing sales organization, and expanding into new verticals.


    Responsibilities include:


    • owning and driving revenue capture;
    • identifying and closing new business opportunities;
    • leading a team to meet sales goals;

    In this key position, you will be working closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives that grow the company's presence in regulated industries. You must have at least 10 years' experience in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5 years' in senior leadership roles. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience selling climate tech solutions to government agencies, utilities, and environmental justice organizations.
