Work-Life Balance:

Manageable caseload size

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments using appropriate resources and timely completion of all required components for client reviews
Administer various assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
Create comprehensive reports like behavior assessments, treatment plans, intervention plans, and discharge summaries
Provide training to direct care staff using behavioral skills training. Regularly monitor progress and adjust programs accordingly
Supervise behavior technicians in implementing ABA procedures and interventions
Design personalized programs based on client and caregiver needs

Requirements for Candidates:

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a team environment
Valid certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Demonstrated integrity, adherence to ethical practices, and company policies
Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary
