    Delivery of Exceptional Guest Service Experience

    Role Summary

    As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Valet Attendant is responsible for assisting arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles in a timely manner, and extending the initial friendly welcome to hotel guests.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist guests with parking and retrieving their vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
    • Provide exceptional guest service by opening and closing doors, unloading luggage, and extending a warm welcome to hotel guests
    • Work outside in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

    Growth Opportunities

    • Participate in paid training, including High-End Forbes Standards training, to enhance your skills and knowledge
    • Grow into a supervisor or operations manager through our Crescendo Training Program
    • Take advantage of numerous opportunities for advancement locally and across the nation as our company continues to grow rapidly

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Experience as a valet parking attendant preferred
    • Valid driver's license and three years of driving experience required
    • Ability to pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screening
    • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand for long periods of time
