The vision of the AGI-DS Experts Program is to efficiently organize upstream and downstream dependencies implement process and tooling improvements stay ahead of industry trends in expert data collections which require annotators auditors to hold a graduate degree or higher due to the specialized knowledge needed for the work
,Today AGI Data Services leverages expert knowledge to create high-quality data for training fine-tuning large language models
The program requires coordination across multiple teams effective dependency management continuous process improvement maximize value of expert contributions model performance
This TPM role's scope includes defining strategy for expert data collection streamlining processes between upstream downstream dependencies leading cross-functional development teams from design through delivery You will be accountable researching industry trends expert data collection identifying gaps current processes communicating vision improvements multiple directors Most importantly you influence engineering teams build right solutions expert data collection This position involves regular communication senior management on status risks change control Success strong verbal written communication email WBRs MBRs PRFAQs PRDs roadmap reviews strategic meetings Cross-team coordination project program management executive presentation skills essential The Sr Technical Program Manager will interact with experts contributors product managers program managers cross-partner teams stakeholders leadership deliver complex projects programs anticipate bottlenecks workflow provide escalation manage make trade-off decisions balance business technical constraints person have technical skills design implement process tooling solutions Successful candidates have strong technical background detail-driven excellent problem-solving abilities You will deep understanding processes successfully represent requirements senior leadership Your expertise excellence drive robust solutions achieves results Collaborate internal partners understand priorities communicate outcomes define roadmaps Define metrics indicators establish mechanisms drive them Dive anecdotes find patterns root causes problems Dive science technology identify problems create solutions Tirelessly advocate systems improvements benefit product stakeholder business partners Engage ML Data operations root-cause issues design solutions Basic Qualifications years people-management experience years technical-program-management experience Bachelor's degree Engineering Computer Science related field Experience people management Experience managing efforts Unix Linux environments distributed systems developing web applications Preferred qualifications Knowledge AWS-product-suite Knowledge center-design infrastructure delivery Experience communicating audiences executive level stakeholders clients Experience managing projects coordinating release schedules Agile-or other-methodologies
