- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate closely with all team members to ensure service needs are met including fueling de-icing lavatory ground power potable water services parking marshalling wing walking delivering catering towing load unload luggage cargo aircraft PAT vehicle transportation provide professional friendly guest service while exhibiting positive helpful attitude guests receive exceptional experience maintain safe clean secure ramps operations understand comply enforce operational safety guest service requirements job aspects stop work unsafe condition act likely cause harm people environment Company assets reputation report concerns appropriate manager cooperate addressing unsafe act or condition follow emergency response procedures critical events understand comply security protocols dictated Signature Aviation airport create accurate records time worked activities services performed pay ranges vary factors skill sets education shift responsibilities seniority geographical market merit output productivity prior training experience travel pay starting rate position $20 hour collective bargaining agreement.
