    Pediatric Occupational Therapist

    We are looking for a talented Occupational Therapist to join our team

    At Little Hands Pediatric Therapy, we believe in strong family involvement and routine collaboration with other professionals on the child's team. We hold a contract with Loudoun County's Early Intervention Program as well as private schools and programs.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed Occupational Therapist
    • 3+ years experience of pediatric clinical experience with ages 1-10 years, preferred
    • Must be a self-starter, organized and have a strong work ethic
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Additional training in pediatric feeding, SOS, NDT, HWT, AAC, a plus

    Services Provided:

    • Evaluation and treatment of fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, feeding and self-help skills
    • Early Intervention through Infant Toddler Connection of Loudoun

    Locations & Hours:

    • Home and school visits in Loudoun County, including Western Loudoun County, with drive times < 15 minutes between visits.
    • Office visits in our sensory gym, located in Sterling, VA
    • This contract allows for up to 30 client hours per week. A minimum availability of 9 afterschool hours (3pm or later).

    • Minimal paperwork: 10 minutes of documentation within every 60 minute session and report writing for evaluations is paid at the full hourly rate

    • LHPT Family Day every spring for our therapists and their families and Holiday Party every December

    To Apply:

    • State Licensure in Virginia in Occupational Therapy
    • Pediatric OT/ Fieldwork experience
    • Availability for 25-30 clients, weekly
    • Availability for 9 or more afterschool clients (3-7pm window)
    • Professional Liability Insurance
    • VA Part C Credential (free through Infant and Toddler Connection of VA), or desire to obtain this credential for early intervention work
