    Presales Operations Specialist Role

    Meridian IT Inc. is a leading MSP delivering Infrastructure and Platform Solutions, Managed Services for premise-based, private and hybrid cloud hosting.

    We transform technology investments into long-term competitive advantages by providing secure, reliable, scalable IT infrastructures and platforms businesses need.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Support Account Managers and Directors throughout the sales cycle with accurate execution of presales activities including CRM management,
    • Promote consistency efficiency operational excellence across customer opportunities while developing foundational knowledge of presales workflows tools

    • Create manage opportunities in the CRM following defined processes
    • Manage incoming presales requests ensure timely responses

    Candidate Requirements:



    • Bachelor's degree Business Operations related field or equivalent experience required
