- Operate roll-off trucks in adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Transport and deliver waste materials to designated disposal sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
- Safely load and unload waste containers, securing materials as required.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including logs and trip reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate efficient routes and schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner. Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Roll-off Driver in the waste management industry.
- Possession of a valid CDL A or B license.
- DOT certification is required.
- Clean driving record with a 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) history.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to waste transportation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and securing heavy waste containers.
