    Responsibilities-• Assist in the strategy planning of marketing communication programs and related budgets to deliver business results through partnership with commercial leaders.


    • Active member of cross-functional Product Launch teams to assist in the planning and delivery of required marketing support.
    • Develop and review/edit content for marketing campaigns, including landing pages, emails, social media posts, publications, speaking proposals, press releases, whitepapers, case studies and blogs.
    • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEO/PPC), and website updates.
    • Primary point of contact for external SEO and PR agencies.
    • Manage all aspects of event planning, including strategy, logistics/shipping, inventory control, vendor relationships, and budget management. Pertains to tradeshows, webinars, speaking engagements, and large-scale, high-profile customer/partner conferences.
    • Drive thought leadership programs through close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and the Consulting team to help develop new marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and implement marketing automation workflows to improve lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns via HubSpot.
    • Analyze and regularly report on campaign performance using HubSpot and Salesforce analytics tools to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
    • Assist Commercial Marketing teams with competitive landscape and market analysis - updating competitive market tools, battlecards, and newsfeed for sales.
    • Gathering Voice of Customer in connection with existing product lines as well as new product development efforts, including, but not limited to, CenTrak's Client Advisory Group.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies
    • Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to develop creative assets that support marketing campaigns and events.
    • Manage vendor relationships as required, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
    Qualitifications-• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field


    • 5-8 years of Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting
    • Experience within the healthcare or technology space a strong plus
    • Competent writer with strong vocabulary and language skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Marketing Automation System experience required, HubSpot strongly preferred, HubSpot certification a strong plus
    • Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce a strong plus
    • Website Content Management System experience a plus
