Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.District director now interviewing.
Soliant is currently assisting a school district in their search for a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) near Bloomingdale, Georgia. BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
BCBA will also collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral services for the school population.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students in various settings, such as classrooms, playgrounds, cafeterias, and buses.
Monitor and document the progress and outes of students behavior goals and objectives.
Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs and other staff on the implementation of behavior intervention plans and data collection procedures.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to coordinate behavioral services and promote positive behavior change.Maintain accurate and confidential records and reports in pliance with ethical and professional standards.
Participate in professional development activities and stay updated on current research and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
Requirements:
Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Masters degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral services preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
pensation and benefits:
$39-$51/hr, Depending on experience.
