About The Role
This is a newly formed tax team being established for the Spin Out of the Mobility Global division of S&P Global. You'll have the unique opportunity to join in advance of the spin transaction and help design foundational processes and the team's operating model.
+ Responsibilities:- Lead tax compliance activities for the newly formed Mobility Global entity, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and international tax regulations
- Design and implement tax processes, policies, and procedures to support the spin-out transaction and ongoing operations
