    Shift: 1st 6:00am-2:30pm


    Pay Rate:
    $18/hr


    Location:
    Oak Creek, WI - NOT ON BUS LINE


    This Electromechanical Assembler position is a new opportunity due to adding new business, our manufacturing clients production numbers are increasing and we need YOU Apply today, tour and interview the same week for consideration.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school education or equivalent
    • Ability to read procedure manuals and understand assembly documents written in the English language.
    • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language with other team members.
    • Bright, aggressive, and a self-starter.
    • Requires skilled precision assembly techniques.
    • Knowledge of machines and tools including their designs, uses, basic repair, and maintenance.
    • Basic knowledge of schematic

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Essential Job Functions

    • Perform a variety of assembly operations to assemble small and medium sized units or sub-assemblies involving a considerable number of parts.
    • Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
    • Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
    • Connect cables, tubes, and wiring, according to specifications.
    • Attach name plates and mark identifying information on parts.
    • Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electro-mechanical units.
    • Disassemble units to replace parts.
    • Trim, form, and adhere components as needed.
    • Always keep workstation clean.
    • Properly fill out production documentation.
    • Push, pull, lift, and carry assembly parts up to 40 lbs.
    • Package final product.
    Non-Essential Job Functions

    • Move electrical panels/circuit boards, compounds, and materials within cell area.
    • Overall area clean-up.
    • Other duties assigned by the Cell Leader.
