    Job Title: K-12 Project Executive

    Location: Seattle, WA (Pacific Northwest)

    Salary: $200,000+ base (DOE) plus performance bonus eligibility

    Position Summary:

    The K-12 Project Executive is a senior operations leader responsible for the successful delivery of K-12 school construction and modernization projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. This role serves as the primary executive contact for school districts and public agency clients, overseeing project strategy, financial performance, risk management, and team leadership while supporting market growth in the education sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead all phases of K-12 project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with school districts, architects, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Provide executive oversight of financial forecasting, cost control, contract compliance, and change management. Proactively identify and mitigate risk across projects and portfolios. Mentor and develop project managers and operations teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Support business development efforts including pursuits, interviews, and strategic planning within the K-12 market. Uphold company standards related to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial or institutional construction with significant K-12 project experience preferred. Demonstrated success delivering large-scale public or educational facilities on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of public procurement, design-build, negotiated, and hard bid delivery methods. Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Established network within the Pacific Northwest public education or municipal market preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits:
