    DE&E Tech Compliance & Governance InfoSec team is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master who will be an exceptional addition to our team.

    We are looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master who will be responsible for optimally and efficiently leading sprints from planning to execution to retrospectives in an agile environment for the information security engineering teams.

    Your role will include running daily scrums, handling the product backlog, collaborating on requirement documentation, running Jira tickets, and unblocking barriers to keep the team moving.

    You will be responsible to communicate and collaborate primarily with the information security engineers, software developers, program management, and senior management teams.

    The ideal candidate lives breathe Agile and has a proven track record in implementing the framework and tailoring it to the needs of the team.

    This is a 30-month Project Hire position with no guarantee of permanent placement.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    Facilitate daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective

    Create runbooks/dev guides and recommend procedure changes to improve efficiency

    Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates

    Drive sprint execution, communicates with management and stakeholders

    Lead epics, user stories and tasks in JIRA to support estimates and execution

    Handle project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance.

    Proactively identify and eliminate impediments that may impact program execution

    Thrives in lean, dynamic environments with challenging priorities and leads the team in identifying the right priorities and focus.

    Able to drive engagement in retrospectives for continuous process improvement

    Leads team effort in steadfast improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program


    Drive change management through collaboration with the leadership team to identify, design, and implement technology or process solutions that solve complex challenges.


    Identify and proactively drive high-quality project deliverables, dependencies, and critical path items – proactively manage changes in project scope and create contingency plans in a constantly changing environment.


    WHAT YOU'LL BRING
    Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

    Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience

    Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.

    Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment

    Solid understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning

    Ability to understand and represent both business and technology

    Excellent communications over the phone, meetings, or collaborative platforms

    Self-motivated and organized


    MUST HAVE'S
    Jira- must be well versed in Jira to direct other team members who have not used it to full capacity


    Flexibility- We are a fast-paced changing environment and as stakeholders teams are developing, the scope of work is as well.

    Must be able to be flexible and pivot as needed to align to the business.

    Must be extremely responsive, with a strong sense of urgency and a positive attitude.

    Must have worked in a highly integrated micro-service environment

    Experience with implementing cybersecurity or AWS cloud security compliance

    The hiring range for this position in [location] is $123,902 to $166,210 per year.

    The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

    A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
