    Duties/Responsibilities:
    - Collaborate with SBT to address Quality issues within the assigned Value Stream.
    - Implement the Idea Generation Process and Corrective and Preventive action processes for achieving flawless operations.
    - Enhance quality practices through daily coaching, tracking CQI projects, providing support in case of poor results, developing training programs, conducting internal audits, and more.

    Education/Experience

    Bachelor's Degree
    3-5 years of Quality Engineer Experience

    Required Skills:
    - Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and computer-generated reports.
    - Familiarity with engineering-related software like Computer Aided Design (CAD).
    - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
