Position Overview:

The Site Superintendent will oversee ground up construction of our large scale multifamily build and will act as the liaison between all involved with the project.

Responsible for all on site work, the superintendent will also be charged with maintaining and orderly and compliant work environment, ensuring that quality and timelines are met.

Management and monitoring of all site related work including subcontractors and 3rd party
Scheduling of all subcontractors and maintenance of discipline schedules
Ensure that quality standards and compliance are met
Materials and equipment ordering and planning
Follow project timelines and coordinate with Project Managers
Daily field reports, fields orders, and maintain RFIs
Proficient with scheduling software
Superintendent for ground up build of 100+ unit multifamily project within the last 3 years
