    Overview

    Schedule:
    Sun - Sat: 7:00am - 7:30pm

    Purpose Statement/Position Summary:

    The Behavioral Health Partner provides direct 1:1 care and observation for patients including those with complex behavior and/or mental health needs under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

    Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ years of medical/clinical experience preferred. Psych Tech certification, Psych Aide certification or Behavior tech training/certification preferred. Experience working with complex behavior or mental health patients preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Education/Licensure/Certification:
    High School Graduate or GED, or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience. Current BLS from American Heart Association required. Completes crisis intervention, de-escalation training within 30 days of hire.

    Pay Scale Information

    $38,272.00-$65,062.00

    Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.

    The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.

    Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
