Join our vibrant team as a full-time Cafe Manager where you will lead the daily operations of a bustling coffee bakery and casual dining establishment Mighty Fine Huntington will be opening March 1st and is looking for a committed professional manager with leadership skills culinary expertise and passion for exceptional customer service This position begins in mid February 2026 and is full time with paid vacation and the month of January off every year We close by 8 pm everyday so you wont have to work late nights As the driving force behind our cafes success you will oversee staff management food quality inventory control and customer satisfaction ensuring an energetic and welcoming environment for all guests Your enthusiasm and management prowess will help keep customers coming back time again Join a growing company- our Bay Shore location is opening early summer 2026 and there is room for promotion in the future
