- Manage and coordinate ROW portfolio for small to large transmission projects.
- Direct right-of-way vendors, providing guidance, coordination, and effective communication to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including internal and external customers, regulatory agencies, and project sponsors.
- Facilitate meetings, update project budgets and schedules, and monitor project progress.
- Oversee multiple projects within a matrix team environment related to transmission line and/or substation facilities installation.
- Develop relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and industry peers.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Computer proficiency, including GIS mapping systems and databases.
- Familiarity with real estate values and estimating practices.
- Experience in reviewing maps, drawings, surveys, and earned value/project reports.
- Ability to act as an expert witness and assist legal counsel in condemnation or court actions.
- Experience with non-environmental permitting (e.g., railroad, highway).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Transmission service territory.
- Strong conflict management and organizational problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convey complex information effectively and influence outcomes.

This position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to large transmission projects, coordinating right-of-way (ROW) activities, and providing effective communication and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Candidates must be local to Tulsa, OK, or surrounding areas.

Trans Right of Way Associate PM rate $32hr
Associate's degree in real estate, business, engineering, project management or related applicable field is required with a minimum of one (1) year of related experience; OR,
Bachelor degree in real estate, business, engineering, project management or related applicable field is preferred with no experience necessary.
