    Weir ESCO
    Remote with up to 60% Travel
    Purpose of Role
    Weir ESCO's Continuous Improvement Manager provides leadership to drive continuous improvement into our DNA.

    This role will focus on guiding initiative success through process management, helping all employees become systematic problem solvers, and developing our next tier of CI leadership.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Transform our culture at our Supply & Service locations by introducing lean concepts to improve safety, cost and quality.
    Teach, train and coach to process management, delivering standard processes, information sharing and problem solving to support business needs.
    Grow/develop current employees so that they can work independently in lean roles, under your guidance.
    Provide leadership and facilitation for cross-functional process improvement – ensuring a systematic approach is followed
    Build relationships with those you support by becoming a valued resource and leader of processes improvement.

    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree and/or experience leading teams through change, and driving results through development, implementation, and ongoing coaching of Lean practices
    Use a range of techniques to raise awareness and encourage exploration Use feedback and challenge effectively to increase awareness, insight and responsibility for action

    Capable of walking in to a many different scenarios, and proactively meeting that team in the middle to support and grow their operations for the better.

    Passionate about using and coaching data driven problem solving and0 understanding of basic statistics
    Must be able to to facilitate and influence in a virtual environment
    Must be willing and able to travel up to

    60%

    (primarily domestic, some international)
    Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
