    As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will:

    • Conduct in-home patient visits following the patient's care plan as directed by a Physical Therapist (PT)
    • Guide and support patients with various exercises, muscle training, mobility, safety, and more
    • Monitor and communicate the patient's progress and changes to the supervising provider
    • Educate both the patient and their family on how they can actively participate in the rehabilitation process

    To be eligible as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with us:

    • Hold a current unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the relevant state
    • Possess current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
    • Have a valid state-issued driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation, with a willingness to travel
    • Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in a home health or similar environment
