    We are looking for a dedicated Systems Engineer to join our team, ensuring the continuous monitoring and operational readiness of mission-critical systems.

    You will perform Level 1 restoration using documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Confluence sites, and historical tickets, while maintaining seamless system functionality.

    This position requires working 12-hour shifts, rotating monthly between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to support 24/7 mission operations.

    If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining system reliability, this role is for you The Level 0 Systems Engineer shall possess the following capabilities: * Perform Level 1 restoration using SOPs

    • Use Confluence siters and historical tickets to restore system
    • Ability to work rotating shifts Qualifications:
    • No demonstrated experience is required.
    • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
    • Five (5) years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
