As a Bosch Building Technology Project Manager you will work closely with multiple internal teams as well as clients and subcontractors to scope plan and build highly complex projects using the latest technology from the best vendors including Lenel Genetec Axis Milestone and Avigilon. Tasked with managing every aspect from start to finish of our major projects for new construction you are responsible for delivering high quality project results You will manage the project team as efficiently as possible while representing Paladin/Bosch Building Technology in a professional manner in line with our values of a leadership mindset people development team and client focused Past experience managing large multi-million dollar projects will be a strong asset for this position Stakeholder engagement across complex organizations will be an important part of this role as well

RESPONSIBILITIES: Represent the company in a professional manner with clients partners and internal stakeholders at all times End-to-end ownership of the delivery of the project from initiation through close-out Develop and manage project plan: includes plans for client communication expectations project resource requirements availability procurement management reconciliation commissioning risk management mitigation strategies scheduling efficiency understanding stakeholder expectations requirements Develop relationships with subcontractors to build pool resources select subcontracts where required Effectively manage maintain written verbal communications formal informal Create documentation ensure clear accessible updated per schedule Maintain client satisfaction promptly resolve concerns Provide accurate financial reports performance targets meet desired profit margin Develop long-term client relationships repeat business business opportunities Responsible completing paperwork POs submitted NOCs sent jobs turned over Service Job billed revenue taken Close-out report completed Perform other tasks required QUALIFICATIONS Strong computer skills proficiency Microsoft Office software Able work independently effectively prioritize deadlines Prioritize stakeholder needs Manage competing priorities
