- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the store meets company objectives and achieves KPI goals.
- Lead operations to maintain a sound business by adhering to company policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll management, reporting, and scheduling.
- Assist in recruiting, developing, and training top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
- Set the standard for The Torrid Connection, ensuring the team delivers a shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty and positive connections.
- Work with the Store Manager to implement merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that encourages customer shopping.
- Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.
- At least six months of experience in specialty/apparel retail management, demonstrating the ability to lead teams successfully and achieve sales performance.
- Proven multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment, while committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in an ever-changing retail and fashion landscape, including challenges and work schedules.
- A keen interest in fashion trends and current styles.
- Able to stand and walk during scheduled hours.
- Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, or other retrieving tools.
