Job summary
This porter position involves routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning common areas, unclogging toilets and sinks, assisting with exterminating as necessary, lawn care snow removal trash recycling assuring exits are clear at all times changing light bulbs polishing furniture elevator doors paint stain touch-ups shampooing carpets completing other repairs/maintenance assigned by Director.
- Complete routine maintenance including; cleaning elevator tracks sweep/mop/clean/vacuum all common areas unclog toilets sinks tubs as necessary assist with exterminating as necessary lawn garden care snow removal trash removal recycling assuring exits are clear at all times changing light bulbs polish furniture elevator doors paint stain touch-ups shampooing of carpets.
Complete other repairs/maintenance as necessary including but not limited to; furniture repair minor plumbing repair minor wall/ceiling repair etc.
Notifying Director of any unsafe or unsanitary conditions responding efficiently to work orders from Director and other staff maintaining supplies in an orderly safe area performing other duties assigned by Director.
