    About the Role

    This exciting opportunity is part of our Management Consulting team, specializing in Change Management. As an Organizational Change Strategist, you will play a critical role in assisting clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements within their organizations.

    Your primary responsibilities will include creating customized change management roadmaps, implementing change management activities, leading impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for providing status reporting, anticipating organizational changes, and ensuring that key change initiatives deliver on business, schedule, and budget objectives.
