Description:

• Candidate will be leading a team of 11-21 production associates day-to-day.
• Candidate will almost entirely be working on the bakery production floor - this is not a desk/office role.
• Weekend shift schedule for this role:
  • A Shift: Fri 7am -3pm, Sat 7am-7pm, Sun 7am-7PM, Mon 7am-3pm
  • B Shift: Fri 11pm- 7am, Sat 7pm-7am, Sun 7pm-7am, Mon 11pm-7AM

Qualifications:

• High School Required
• Bachelor's degree complete or incomplete / Specialization on Business Administration or Manufacturing Management preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics is a CRITICAL.
• Microsoft Office Intermediate - Excel skills
• Manufacturing tracker Systems
• IL6S / TPM preferred.
• SAP preferred.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
