    • Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, and other important information including test results.
    • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean.
    • Set up instruments and equipment according to department protocol.
    Medical Assistant's Qualifications
    • Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program is required.
    • A current CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) Certificate is required.
    • Previous experience in a specialty practice is highly preferred.
    • Essential knowledge of EMR/EHR [Electronic Medical Records/Electronic Health Records] is required.
