    The RMS Moorestown - Security Senior Manager and Security Site Lead is responsible for the oversight and direction of all Moorestown security matters to include Security program performance, inspections, personnel security, resource protection, domestic and international program security, and the coordination of management reviews to adhere to an inspection ready philosophy.

    The selected candidate will guide coordination with Program Management, Proposal Teams, Human Resources, Facilities, and other various stakeholders to ensure security compliance.

    The scope of responsibility includes day to day oversight and leadership for a team of security professionals across multiple locations.

    Strong communication and customer relations skills are required along with regular interface with senior leaders and site employees.

    As part of the management team, the candidate will coordinate with and help develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive site security plans within all levels of Program Security performance, Physical Security, Classified Cyber Security, Resource Protection and Crisis Management planning, exercises, and response.

    This position has a true multi-tasking talent element.

    The ideal candidate will be well versed in results-oriented work with the ability to manage and prioritize projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

    Success in this role will depend on strong business acumen, relationship development, and adapting security models to new and changing business environments.

    Selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.


    Basic Qualifications

    Self-starter with the ability to operate and continuously prioritize in a very time critical, resource competitive environment. Applicant must possess a strong security management background coupled with impeccable interpersonal skills and team building talent. Ability to recruit, retain, and motivate security professionals.

    Ability to review, interpret and apply federal rules and regulations that encompass both collateral DoD and special programs security are critical and the cornerstones of this position.

    Applicant should have a thorough knowledge of the NISPOM/32 CFR Part 117, ICD's, and JSIG, as well as policies and procedures to include DoD collateral, SCI, SAP, Personnel Security, and Physical Security regulations.

    Excellent writing, decision making, and briefing skills are a required.

    Interim Secret DOD clearance to start with the ability to obtain a Top Secret DoD clearance.


    Desired skills


    High potential candidate with strong business acumen and a track record of thinking outside the box as well as producing results.

    Former Industry or Government experience.
    Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
    Experience with Physical Security, Site Protection, Personnel Security, Program Security, Construction Security, Acquisition Security and Crisis Management.
    Demonstrated experience managing budget allocations.
    Demonstrated experience with process improvement.
    Demonstrated exceptional performance in managing customer relationships.

    Remote Telework:

    The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.


    Work Schedule Information

    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


    Colorado Pay Statement

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $114,900 - $220,300 .

    Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

    Non-represented full-time employees:

    accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

    Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

    PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

    This position is incentive plan eligible.


    Premium Pay Statement

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $132,200 - $248,900.
