We are seeking a skilled and passionate BBQ Pitmaster to join our culinary team in our newly renovated restaurant space The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety with experience in fine dining catering or restaurant environments This role involves managing our Ole Hickory Smoker and will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchenResponsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of barbecue dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Assist with menu planning to create innovative and appealing barbecue options
