- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the school psychologist or behavior analyst
- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges in various educational settings
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data to monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and reinforce strategies for behavior management
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of behavior analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral challenges preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo training and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) if not already certified
