    Position Highlights

    Background Requirements

    ·2+ years of consultative selling experience in custom bulk packaging, preferably to the food and beverage industry.

    ·Willingness to travel overnight, up to 50%.

    ·Strong value-based selling skills.

    ·Experience with Intermediate Bulk Containers for liquids.

    Job Responsibilities

    ·Act as the Territory Sales Manager for your assigned region, operating it as your own business within the framework of the organization.

    ·Collaborate with customers in the food and beverage industry, providing solutions for custom bulk packaging needs.

    ·Manage and grow existing business relationships while actively seeking new opportunities within the territory.

    What is Being Offered

    ·Challenge: As a Territory Manager for Arena, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of custom bulk packaging, with a particular focus on the food and beverage industry.

    ·Location: Live in Chicago or Minneapolis / St Paul, Minnesota. Current territory is North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana Michigan and Ohio. Overnight travel away from home up to 50%
