    HIRECLICK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive lead generation for our platform.     Responsibilities

    Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our platform.
    Plan and create marketing content, including email cadences, web/landing page copy, and social media posts.
    Lead creative direction of marketing campaigns.
    Lead efforts for all aspects of marketing with an emphasis in lead generation.
    Create and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
    Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
    Optimize landing pages and other conversion points to maximize lead generation.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in marketing efforts.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques, and recommend innovative ideas to improve lead generation.
    Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support the execution of marketing campaigns.

    Requirements

    5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
    Proven track record of successfully driving measurable lead generation results.
    Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.
    Should have some creative experience, preferable Photoshop.
    Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
    Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
    Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
