Job summary
We are seeking an experience skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in a full-time capacity.Catalyst is a 462-unit upscale apartment building in Uptown Charlotte.
We also have an 8-story parking deck that Maintenance maintains as well as outdoor grounds and pool .
Responsibilities
- Maintaining troubleshooting and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
