    Benchmark is a national leader in providing programs to individuals with disabilities and mental illness. Successful applicants will attend paid training to obtain required certifications. No experience is necessary, learn on-the-job.

    ~ Various shifts and locations
    ~ Participate as part of an interdisciplinary team in the development and implementation of each individual's care plans.
    Weekly fidelity checks on all shifts to ensure plans are being implemented as designed.
    Working with house manager to ensure all materials/supplies needed for implementation of plans are available.
    Present graphical summary of effectiveness of BSP to other DSP staff at all staff meetings.
    Ensuring the implementation, completion, and training of DSPs on data sheets.
    Plan and participate directly in recreational, therapeutic and training activities of the individuals.
    Successfully complete a criminal background registry check at time of application.
    Complete a 40-hour training program (conducted by BACB certificant) based on the RBT Task List.
    Pay a $50 application fee (annual renewal fees are $35).
    Veterans, women, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
